# StampSend > Upload a file, get a link, see who opened it, page by page. Free forever for individuals; teams pay $15 a seat a month, or $150 a seat a year, half of DocSend Standard, with the NDA gate, the watermark and the invited list in the seat. Upload a file, get a link, see who opened it, page by page. StampSend is a document sharing tool. You upload a PDF (a deck, a doc, an image exported to PDF), StampSend gives you one unlisted link, and shows you who opened it, when, which pages, and for how long. Teams put their own brand and domain on the viewer, gate the first page behind an email or an NDA, invite a named list, and hand out request links ("send me the deck") so outsiders can upload to them without an account. StampSend is not affiliated with DocSend or Dropbox. DocSend figures cited on the site were read from https://www.docsend.com/pricing/ in a browser on 2026-09-19 (the page returns 403 to automated fetches) and are quoted in the page's own words: Standard $30 per user per month, 1 user included; Advanced $150 per month, 3 users included; Advanced Data Rooms $180 per month, 3 users included; 50 GB storage per user, 2 GB single-upload cap. That page carries a monthly and yearly toggle and the capture did not record which state, so no billing period is claimed. There is no free plan on the page. Dropbox acquired DocSend in March 2021 for $165 million. ## Pricing - Individual: $0, free forever. Unlimited links that never stop working, page analytics (which pages, how long, where they stopped), the viewer's email when they give it at the gate, and request links. No card, no trial clock, no rolling window. - Team: $15 a seat a month, or $150 a seat a year, which is two months free. A shared library, roles and free seats for the rest of the team, your brand and your domain on the viewer, an NDA before the first page, invited lists, spaces (several files under one link), versions, download on or off with a watermark, and team defaults an admin can lock. - Rule: always half of DocSend Standard ($15 against their $30 per user per month). If they cut, we cut. - Worked example, a team of 5 for a year: DocSend Standard $1,800, StampSend Team $750, a difference of $1,050. DocSend Advanced is not in that sum: it is $150 a month with 3 users included, and the page does not price a fourth. - What DocSend does that StampSend does not: real data rooms with audit logs and due diligence tracking, unlimited eSignature, Salesforce and SSO, video analytics, and SOC, GDPR, CCPA and PCI attestations. Those are real and we are not building them. ## Promises - Never take the free plan away, or put a clock on it. - Never switch your analytics off to make you decide. - Never meter something that costs us nothing, like a signature. - Never add a seat at checkout that is not on the pricing page. On every product built on the same platform: - Never charge extra for a summary of a thing you just made. - Never convert free seats into paid seats. - Never ship a feature nobody asked for and reprice around it. - Never make the free plan worse to move you up a tier. ## Deliberately not in StampSend - Question and answer workflows: A space holds several files under one link. Threads and approvals are another product. - Redlining: StampSend shows a file. It does not edit one. - E-signature: Not here, and not coming as a tier. DocSend Standard includes it and we do not. - CRM sync: Yours over the API and over MCP. We do not sell the wire. - "AI" summaries of your own report: You can read who opened page 7. So can your agent, over MCP. - Per-viewer pricing: You pay per seat. The other side of the link is free. ## For agents - [Agent instructions](https://stampsend.com/agents.md): how to get a key, what an agent can do, limits - [Full text](https://stampsend.com/llms-full.txt): positioning, pricing, promises, the tool list, in one file - [MCP server](https://api.stampsend.com/mcp): Streamable HTTP; manifest at https://api.stampsend.com/.well-known/mcp.json - [OpenAPI](https://api.stampsend.com/openapi.json): interactive docs at https://api.stampsend.com/docs - [API keys](https://app.stampsend.com/settings/api-keys): sign in, make a key, paste it as a Bearer token - [Web app](https://app.stampsend.com) ## Pages - [Home](https://stampsend.com/): the product, why it exists, the promise, what is not here, how it works, request links, teams, pricing, the Close-the-gap form - [Pricing](https://stampsend.com/pricing): the two plans, the comparison with DocSend, a worked example for a team of 5, sources - [Promises](https://stampsend.com/promises): the four promises, in writing - [Developers](https://stampsend.com/developers): API docs, the MCP server, keys, and the agent files
