Page01 · 00:48 Plans

Free for one person. $15 a seat for a team.

Two plans. The difference is a shared library, named viewers, and your own name on what you send out. Not a list of features held hostage, and not an AI tier.

Individual

$0 free forever

The whole product, for one person. No card, no trial clock, and nothing you have sent ever stops working.

  • Unlimited links, and a link that works keeps working
  • Page analytics: which pages, how long, where they stopped
  • The viewer's email, when they give it at the gate
  • "Send me the deck" request links
  • Expire or kill any link, whenever you like

Team

$15 per seat / month, billed monthly

For a team that sends files as the company. $15 a seat a month, cancel any month, and the NDA gate, the watermark and the invited list are in it.

  • Everything in Individual, for the whole company
  • A shared library, roles, and free seats
  • Your brand and your domain on the viewer
  • An NDA before the first page
  • Invited lists: only the addresses you name
  • Spaces: several files under one link
  • Versions: swap the file behind a link you sent
  • Download on or off, with a watermark
  • Team defaults an admin sets once and can lock

Half the price, with the controls in the seat

Not a launch discount that expires once your library is across. A standing commitment: if Dropbox cuts DocSend's price, we cut ours.

StampSend Team compared with DocSend plans, as DocSend's pricing page states them
Plan List price What it includes
DocSend Standard $30 per user per month 1 user included. Multi-file sharing, branding, file requests, unlimited eSignature, document analytics. The plan we halve.
DocSend Advanced $150 a month 3 users included. Where NDAs and gating agreements, dynamic watermarking, secure viewer email authentication, and allow and block lists start.
DocSend Advanced Data Rooms $180 a month 3 users included. Their deal room product.
StampSend Team $15 a seat a month Or $150 a seat a year. NDA gate, watermark, invited lists and email gate included, at every seat count.

StampSend Team is the link, page-by-page analytics, named viewers, email and NDA gates, invited lists, spaces, versions, download with a watermark, and your brand and domain on the viewer. There is no free plan on DocSend's pricing page, and it does not say what a fourth Advanced user costs. StampSend's individual plan is free forever and every price is on this page.

DocSend figures are its own list prices, read from its pricing page on 2026-09-19 and quoted in its words. That page carries a monthly and yearly toggle, so we claim no billing period for it. StampSend is not affiliated with DocSend or Dropbox.

Sources, read 2026-09-19
  1. DocSend's pricing page, read in a browser 2026-09-19
  2. Dropbox, "Dropbox to Acquire DocSend"
  3. TechCrunch, "Dropbox to acquire secure document sharing startup DocSend for $165M"

The prices are read from DocSend's own pricing page. It refuses automated reads, so a person opens it in a browser. We re-read it every month and change our price the day theirs moves.

Page03 · 00:31 Worked example

A team of 5, for a year.

Five people who send decks, on the plan closest to what they use. DocSend Standard at its own listed rate, and StampSend at its yearly one.

DocSend Standard $30 × 12 × 5 $1,800
StampSend Team $150 × 5 $750
Stays in your business $1,050

Paid monthly instead, the same team is $900 a year on StampSend. Yearly is $150 a seat, which is two months free. Advanced is not in this sum: it is $150 a month with 3 users included, and their page does not price a fourth.

Page04 · 02:10 Questions

The awkward questions, answered first

Is the individual plan actually free, or is it a trial?

Actually free. No card at signup, no countdown, and nothing switches off at the end. There is no cap on how many links you make and no window after which the old ones stop opening. A link you sent a year ago still opens, and still tells you who read it.

We charge a company for working as a company: a shared library, roles, your brand and your domain, an NDA before the first page, invited lists. We do not charge one person for sending a file.

Do I have to pay to see who opened it?

No. The receipt is the product, so it is on the free plan: which pages, how long on each, and where they stopped reading. If a viewer gives you their email at the gate, you see the email, on every plan.

What a team seat adds is who may open it at all: invited lists, an NDA before the first page, a watermark, and your own brand and domain around the viewer.

What counts as a seat?

One person in your organization who sends files, at $15 a month or $150 a year. The price here is the price at checkout, for every seat, including the fourth one. People who only open your links are not seats, however many there are. People you hand a request link to are not seats either.

Is there a trial on the team plan?

No. The monthly plan bills from day one and you can cancel any month. The individual plan is free forever, so you can try StampSend there for as long as you like before anyone pays anything.

If a subscription lapses, the workspace goes read-only. Every link you already sent keeps working and the analytics stay on; what stops is new uploads into the shared library and adding members.

Do you charge for analytics, or for an AI tier?

No, and there is no AI tier to charge for. Who opened it, which pages, for how long: that is the product, on every plan, and it never switches off. If you want an agent to read the receipt, point it at the MCP server; it uses the same permissions as your login.

Why compare with DocSend Standard?

Like plan against like plan. Standard, at $30 per user per month, is the plan on their page that does what StampSend does: multi-file sharing, branding, file requests, document analytics. At that price it is a fair product, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Comparing our whole product against Advanced at $150 a month would flatter our price, so we do not.

What about DocSend Advanced?

Advanced is listed at $150 a month with 3 users included, and Advanced Data Rooms at $180 a month with 3 users. That is where NDAs and gating agreements, dynamic watermarking, secure viewer email authentication, allow and block visitor lists, and folder level security start.

Those are the controls most people reach for the first time they send something sensitive, and they come with every StampSend Team seat at $15. We put no seat arithmetic on Advanced here, because their page does not say what a fourth user costs.

What does DocSend do that StampSend does not?

Real data rooms, with audit logs, file indexing, group permissions and due diligence tracking. Unlimited eSignature inside the document tool. Salesforce and SSO. Video analytics in the same place as documents. SOC, GDPR, CCPA and PCI attestations, and a trust centre.

Those are real, people pay for them on purpose, and we are not building them. If that list is your job, buy theirs. StampSend is for the person who uploads a file, sends one link, and wants to know who read it.

Can we put our own brand and domain on it?

Yes, on a team plan. Your logo and colour on the viewer, your domain in the link. Two DNS records; the certificate is provisioned for you. StampSend's name comes off the page entirely if you want it to.
